and it was fun!
Except between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am and then when it was pouring rain.
Our neighbors invited us to go camping over Memorial Day weekend. And after much thought I finally decided I could handle it at 4:00 on Friday afternoon. We hurried and packed up our stuff and headed to the great outdoors. Theodore loves to be outside and he thought camping was great. Nighttime was restless. How do you keep a baby warm outside in the middle of the night? I have a new level of respect for pioneers. Between the rain showers (there was a lot) we took a ride up the mountain and found a nice creek. Then we packed up our camp in what I consider to be an historical downpour of rain. We now have guidelines for camping. Included are low temps in the 50s and a sunny forecast.
This picture is for Jeremy. Do you like our SRS (secondary roofing structure)? It kept us dry!
